As women we constantly find ourselves in uncomfortable and challenging spaces, with the only choice being to move forward. We are Pioneers opening the doors to new experiences for family and friends, Fearless despite being in male dominated spaces and Courageous in making bold moves that differ from our backgrounds and cultural norms.

In this session we hear the stories of three unique women, Jing Wang Activity Management Director, Mars Snacking, Yasmin Bhatia Senior Vice President Marsh National Builders Risk Practice, and Marsha Guerrier  Founder & CEO at HerSuiteSpot: Empowering Women of Color through Digital Innovation and Partnerships.

Jing, Yasmin, and Marsha each share their journeys and first-generation encounters in the world of work and life. On the other side of this, they have achieved remarkable goals and become remarkable leaders.

Participants will hear strategies for managing and overcoming controversy, doubt, and disappointment to navigate their career plans and create BAGS (Bold Audacious Goals) for the future!
