Path to Employment - Applications Open!
P2E Winter 2025 Cohort starts in February
At Dress for Success Austin, we know there are many factors that contribute to landing a new job. Trying to tackle them all at once can be overwhelming, especially if you are going at it alone. The Path to Employment program was designed to make your job search not only more successful, but also more manageable and rewarding with a mentor by your side.
Over the course of six consecutive weeks, you'll build a relationship with your mentor and master the important elements of a successful job search.
Program Curriculum:
Week 1: Assessment Review & Goal Setting
Week 2: Building Your Resume & Cover Letter
Week 3: Crafting an Elevator Pitch & Online Profile
Week 4: Job Search Strategy
Week 5: Mock Interview & Feedback
Week 6: Looking Forward
Application Requirements:
Currently housed
High school diploma or GED
Actively seeking full-time employment
Must be a Current DFSA Client
Have attended at least 2 Career Coaching appointments
Can commit to meeting 1x/week for 6 consecutive weeks
