Are you craving structure and support in your job search? We can help with that! Sign up for our Path to Employment (P2E) program to work through our six-week course with a personal mentor cheering you along every step of the way.

What is P2E?

Path to Employment was born after DFSA found that women who meet one-on-one with volunteers more than once have a higher chance of succeeding in their job searches. Our goal is to provide a program that allows women to connect with mentors for personalized support and work through each step of the job search process together for a structured approach.

P2E is a six-week course that follows a guided curriculum. Mentee/mentor pairs meet once/week to cover each module: Meet & Greet, Goal Setting, Resume & Cover Letter Writing, LinkedIn Profile Building, Job Search Strategizing, and Interview Preparation.
