Circle of Impact Membership

Circle of Impact empowers Austin women through a community of passionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting DFSA’s career development programs and raising awareness for the DFSA mission of helping women secure gainful employment.

Membership highlights

Time: Participate in our COI members-only volunteer events! We come together as a group the third Saturday of every other month at DFSA headquarters to volunteer & assist staff in whatever their most pressing needs are. We also host DFSA’s Toast & Tour, which is a great opportunity to bring other women in your network to learn about the organization’s mission and programming.

Talent: If you are interested in helping Circle of Impact grow, there are opportunities to join our COI executive committee.

Treasure: Circle of Impact dues provide financial support for DFSA's workforce development programs.

Circle of Impact goals

Sponsor monthly Toast & Tours at the DFSA office, featuring volunteer and client stories.

Host bi-monthly COI Volunteer days at the DFSA office that can include sorting donations, organizing the boutique, prepping the storefront, planning for events, and more.

Raise funds for DFSA’s workforce development programs through COI membership dues, Little Black Dress Soirée, and the Gather. Grow. Give. luncheon.

Provide a safe space for professional women to network, grow their skill sets, and empower each other while giving back to their community.

Enable a sisterhood through social opportunities, events, and all hands meetings.
