This program is presented by Song Rise Arts in partnership with The Samaritan Center with a grant from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

The workshop series is available to women veterans in the following counties in Texas:

Bastrop, Bell, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Comal, Coryell, Guadalupe, Hays, Travis, and Williamson

A FOUR PART SERIES that takes place ONLINE via Zoom | Saturdays in August 2024:

Aug. 3, 10, 17 and 24

9am to 12pm (with a break)

The goal of this project is to work with women veterans in order to:

● Create a safe space for them to be with their stories and, if they choose, to tell their stories to others.

● Collaborate with a professional songwriter who will transform their stories into songs.
