How to Use Your Voice to Advocate for Yourself and Inspire Others in Partnership with Macy's

Self-Advocacy is a necessary skill that all women should learn and practice. Join this session to hear Women at Macy’s Colleagues Resource Group members share how they learned to advocate for themselves and others in situations that required a strong clear voice. That voice can be audible or an intentional action, but unmistakably focused on creating change and championing rights.

As the panelists share, participants are asked to reflect on:

What you are most passionate about

A situation where you used your voice to create change

How we can continue to balance our advocacy with partners or leaders

Immediately following the panel discussion you’ll be able to ask questions and get feedback.

Panelists include: Lisa Troup, Director, Buyer, Cheryl Carr-Maleh, Merchandise Presentation Standards, Training, Global Communications, and Shiri Karasikov, Director, Business Development and Partnership.
