At Dress for Success Austin, we know there are many factors that contribute to landing a new job. Trying to tackle them all at once can be overwhelming, especially if you are going at it alone. The Path to Employment program was designed to make your job search not only more successful, but also more manageable and rewarding with a mentor by your side. 

Over the course of six consecutive weeks, you'll build a relationship with your mentor and master the important elements of a successful job search.

Program Curriculum:

• Week 1: Relationship Building & Readiness Assessment

• Week 2: Goal Setting & Confidence Building

• Week 3: Resume/Cover Letter Writing

• Week 4: Crafting an Elevator Pitch & Online Profile Building

• Week 5: Interview Preparation

• Week 6: Mock Interviews & Job Search Strategizing
